HS BONSAI NURSERY are keeping produce new shape of bonsai tree, the mostly production process of the banyan tree strange root are as below:

first, we have a special method to make the aerial roots of the banyan tree growing. When the length of the roots is about 1- 2 meters, we can make the shape we want. In principle, we can make any shape we need.

Then, we cultivate the trunk to make the crown of the banyan tree grow. After absorbing enough nutrients, the aerial roots will become thicker and strong. After the appropriate size is reached, we cut off the branches, leaving suitable aerial roots。

Finally, we graft the Ficus Macrocarpa leaves, The tree extends shoots of lighter green new foliage when growing. These can be cut or pinched back to a few new leaves after first being allowed to extend for 7 to 10cm. the leaves will become more dense after trimmed a few times and your desired ficus microcarpa bonsai dragon shape is complete.
